    Due to the nature of casting, grinding, and hand-painting, the process takes approximately 10–20 business days to reach optimal quality and durability. Only after this process is complete will your order be shipped, with delivery in a further 5–10 business days.

      Absolutely. Every statue is cast, ground, torched, and hand-painted in Hank's workshop one at a time. That's also why no two are perfectly identical: the small variations in the patina and the painted flag are proof yours was made by a person, not a factory line

      What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

      If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once reviewed and approved, we'll gladly send a replacement to make things right.

      How do I clean and care for my eagle?

      To keep your statue looking its best, simply wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. We recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight for extended periods, as UV exposure can dull the bronze finish over time.
